Use with dog box transmissions

In conjunction with dog box transmissions, the Heep Technology Sequential Shifter can achieve extremely low shift times of less than 80 ms (depending on the transmission and engine control unit). This is achieved by means of a shift cut and without clutch actuation. Various signals (analogue and digital) are output by the Heep Technology OLED gear display for programming the shift cut in the ECU. Alternatively, the 0-5V signal from the gear sensor can also be used directly, provided the ECU supports this function.

Attention: When using the Heep Technology Sequential Shifter in motorsport and especially in conjunction with DogBox gearboxes, the use of reinforced Heep Technology motorsport shift cables is strongly recommended! Using OEM shift cables that are too weak can lead to shifting problems and even misshifts, which can result in engine and gearbox damage!

Individual approval may be possible under certain circumstances, for example by means of individual approval by an authorised civil engineer. Compliance with all rules and regulations for use on public roads is the sole responsibility of the customer!
