You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of the contract in question.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory (see 3. Sample Withdrawal Form).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
This right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity.
- Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods promptly and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for examining the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
In this context, it is expressly noted that an examination of the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods is only permissible to the extent that this would be possible or customary in a retail store, and that the goods must be treated with appropriate care. If there are any additional signs of use, wear, or damage that reduce the value (e.g., installation marks, surface damage, etc.), these will be charged or deducted from the refund amount.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount that corresponds to the portion of the services already provided by the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal regarding this contract, in relation to the total scope of services specified in the contract.
